We would like to assure customers that all of our branches will continue to be operational and ready to support you throughout LOCKDOWN 2.0 
The company is observing all Government and Public Health Authorities directives on safe working practices and we are taking the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff, and suppliers very seriously.
Staff who can work from home are doing so, this helps with social distancing in the work place. 
Social distancing and hygiene measures are being strictly adhered to and procedures are in place at all locations for the safe, contactless handover of goods. Customers are asked to please wear a face mask before entering our premises. We may politely remind you to do so unless you have an exemption. 
Please use hand sanitiser stations upon entry to the branches. 
If possible phone or text ahead your requirement so minimise contact. 
We prefer contactless or card payment but will deal with cash.
Our branches have signage in place indicating how many customers are allowed in the trade counter, Sidcup has the much copied traffic light system in operation.
Please respect our staff and other customers and practice good social distancing. 
Our same day delivery service is fully operational if you would prefer to travel less. 
Most importantly, be kind, thoughtful and stay well, and wear a face covering.
